Poppy Ring

A red remembrance poppy to wear on your finger. This handcrafted ring holds a brilliant red flower set inside a sterling silver cup on a sterling silver band. The poppy has a Hido heat patina applied, oxidized silver center and is set with a sterling silver rivet.

Hido is a Japanese heat patina on copper that results in brilliant, iridescent pinks and reds. Colors will have varying results and each ring will be unique. This patina will prove to be durable if treated carefully. Do not expose to hot water and please take care to remove your ring before doing housework, taking a shower or jumping in the water.
